Bottle Comments:

Aroma:
Citrusy hops (rose hips?) blending well with caramel malt. Some bready yeast character.
11 / 12

Appearance:
Dark golden with hint of copper. Persistent white head (slightly golden). Small amount of haze but generally clear.
3 / 3

Flavor:
Immediate punch of sweet & bready malt (possibly flaked oats, rye, or barley). Very lightly bitter after initial punch of malt & tangerine. Bitterness continues throughout end with only some residual sweetness.
17 / 20

Mouthfeel:
Medium carbonation with some chewiness. No stickiness or cloying texture; almost watery. No warmth.
3 / 5

Overall:
Hop and malt balance is perfectly to style in aroma and initial flavor. Refreshing and pleasantly flavorful, but I feel like the malt character ends a little too soon. Consider mashing higher and adding slightly more character malt (nothing more than .5%)
