High amount papery, wet cardboard-like oxidized aroma dominates. Low amount of complex malt character with a low amount of vinegar. No hops. Low amount of peppery phenols and some fruit esters - cherry, plum.
4 / 12

Deep burgundy with brilliant clarity. Large amount of light tan head that persists. Large amount of chunky material floating.
1 / 3

Metallic and soy sauce like flavors dominate. Exceptionally sweet - almost nutra-sweet like. No hops. Slightly sour - vinegar, not lactic acid. Balance is way toward the sweet. Finish is almost cloying.
5 / 20

Light body, medium carbonation, no creaminess. No astringency. Light sourness.
2 / 5

This beer clearly has turned in the bottle. The large chunks are exceptionally off putting and the fake sugar character is equally as off putting.
