High amount papery, wet cardboard-like oxidized aroma dominates. Low amount of complex malt character with a low amount of vinegar. No hops. Low amount of peppery phenols and some fruit esters - cherry, plum.

Deep burgundy with brilliant clarity. Large amount of light tan head that persists. Large amount of chunky material floating.

Metallic and soy sauce like flavors dominate. Exceptionally sweet - almost nutra-sweet like. No hops. Slightly sour - vinegar, not lactic acid. Balance is way toward the sweet. Finish is almost cloying.

Light body, medium carbonation, no creaminess. No astringency. Light sourness.

This beer clearly has turned in the bottle. The large chunks are exceptionally off putting and the fake sugar character is equally as off putting.
