Munich Dunkel Recipe – Best of Show at BRIXtoberfest 2013Posted on October 20th, 2013 by Andy W. in "Award Winning Beer Recipes"
I judged this category at our yearly club competition (TRASH) and was very surprised how much I liked Munich Dunkel. This was my first stab at brewing a Munich Dunkel recipe so I took Jamil’s recipe from Brewing Classic Styles and a recipe from a fellow homebrew club member, Brian Robbins, and combined them together, picking elements from each that I thought would work well.
